Key Person Accountable for Action Implementation
Once a new Idea for Action (IFA) has been approved by the Executive Sponsor (CXO or equivalent), it is assigned to a Key Person Accountable (KPA), who is charged with getting that action item duly implemented. The KPA role is, therefore, critical on the execution side of things.
The KPA gains access to the assessment results, and collaborates with team members to identify relevant ‘tasks’ that need to be undertaken in order to successfully implement the action item as a new project, leveraging the Performax360 implementation dashboard. The KPA sets the timeline for action plan and task implementation, and keeps Performax360 system updated on the implementation progress status for the action item and relevant tasks.
